Our men’s groups meet two times each month over Zoom for two hours each session. Each meeting includes distinctions led and facilitated by our experienced men’s coaches, “hot seat” coaching, and opportunities to connect with other men, share, and get support.

Arena Founders Group
Arena Legacy Group
Our newest group, launched in September 2025, is the fruition of years of work to bring our work in The Arena to more men. Led by coaches Jonathan Ger and Jason Misrahi, The Arena Legacy Group is for men starting out on their journey who want to work toward their goals with the support of a community of men.
Started in March 2020 and facilitated by co-founders Coach Nick & Coach Jake, The Arena Founders Group is for men who want to be supported in a radically different way. Built around a higher purpose to inspire men to dare greatly, this group is made up of men from 24 to 75-years-old and from eleven different states.

Our groups are for men who are committed to getting off the sidelines and stepping into the arena in every aspect of their lives. Our groups are for you if:

There’s a dull ache, a sense that you’re not fully living. In Arena, we call this being “stuck in the stands.” You’re watching life happen, not fully stepping into the game.
Our groups are a place to break that loop. Through real conversation, deep sharing, and bold challenges, we help men reconnect to purpose and aliveness. In the Arena, we don’t just talk about change—we practice it. You’ll try on new behaviors, tell yourself a better story, and start making different moves in your life. Because when you name your rut, you can break free from it. -

Bi-Annual Group Retreats to gather in person—because some breakthroughs only happen face to face. (Retreat cost not included in membership.)
Twice a year, we step out of the virtual space and into a house in the woods, mountains, or wherever we can be together without distractions. These weekends are a mix of deep work, laughter, real connection, and challenge. You’ll share meals, stories, and maybe some uncomfortable truths. And you’ll leave with a bond that runs deeper than you thought possible.
It’s not a vacation—it’s a rite of passage. And it will change how you show up long after you go home. -
Discounted 1:1 coaching sessions with one of our Arena Coaches—for when you need focused support outside the group.
Sometimes you need more than the group space. A deeper dive. A personal breakthrough. Our Arena Coaches are here for just that. As a member, you get access to private coaching at a reduced rate—whether it’s navigating a transition, working through resistance, or leveling up in your career or relationships. You can work with one of your group facilitators or any group leaders in our community.
This isn’t therapy. It’s practical, heart-centered coaching grounded in The Arena philosophy—so you can take aligned action and move your life forward.

Every session is unique, but you can expect each session to include large group and breakout room discussions framed around questions asked by our facilitators. We believe that learning is a cycle made up of Action, Reflection, and Sharing, and we use this model throughout our group sessions. While some sessions will be more focused on a particular skill or topic, others focus on all the men in the group sharing, supporting each other, and deepening the bonds of the group. As we always tell our participants, these are your groups. You, as much we, determine what they are like.

If you’re interested in joining one of our groups, schedule a discovery session with us so we can learn more about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have, and talk you through our membership model. Depending on what you’re looking for, we may recommend a particular group.
If you’re looking to join an existing group, you’ll visit that group as a guest twice. If, after your second visit, you’re interested in joining, we’ll get you set up with a membership.
If you’re looking to join a new group, you’ll have a follow-up call with that group’s facilitator to talk through next steps and complete onboarding.
We ask that all new members commit to a minumim of three months when joining.

A big part of the men’s group experience is getting to connect 1:1 with other men in the group, including your facilitators. While each facilitator creates his own rules around how much access participants have to them outside of session hours, we also offer discounted coaching packages you can purchase in addition to your Arena Men’s Group membership.

We believe that sharing and connection are key components of a successful men’s group. In fact, the work we do every two weeks over Zoom is a small portion of a group’s value. The Google Group is the place where participants interact between sessions. Group facilitators will ask questions in the group, send updates, and offer coaching. We encourage our participants to post in the Google Group to ask for support, share what’s going on in their lives, and acknoweldge other men in the group for their progress and growth.
When you join an Arena Men’s Group, you’ll receive a Google Group Guidelines document that will help you navigate how to participate in a way that generates and receives value.
We also have a private WhatsApp channel, which is more informal and used for day-to-day communication.

We have two retreats per year in our Arena Men’s Groups.
The Fall Retreat
Occurring between October and early-December, this retreat is for your group and is an opportunity to celebrate the year together, do deep experiential exercises, and bond in-person as a group. It’s an amazing opportunity to get to know the other group members in a deeper way.Spring Arena Gathering
Each spring, the entire Arena community gathers in the Northeast for a weekend-long retreat to connect, go deep, and be surrounded by many men up to big things in their lives. These retreats are less intimate than the fall retreat but provide an opportunity to connect with the wider Arena community.Each retreat go from a Friday afternoon (around 4pm) to Sunday midday (around 1pm). Food, housing, and facilitation costs are not included in monthly membership.

Yes, after every session we assign what we call a Maximum Value Practice. This MVP is an opportunity for you to take what we’ve explored in the group and bring it into your life. Being in The Arena isn’t just about showing up differently when you’re in the men’s group but about bringing that difference to all of your relationships. Engaging with the MVPs isn’t always about completion but about striving to show up differently, be uncomfortable, and learn.

You must be at least 18-years-old to participate in an Arena Men’s Group, but that’s our only limitation. We have men from 24 to 75 in our groups and that diversity of age is something that many men find great value in. Wherever you are on the age spectrum, you’re welcome in our groups.

Our groups are open to anyone who identifies as a man. That’s that only definer we use. If you relate to yourself like you’re a man, you’re welcome in one of our groups. What it means to be a man is changing - masculinity is changing - and embracing that change is something we believe is paramount for creating loving and inclusive communities now and in the future.
